Po-Tien was contracted for a content-writing project to support ResMed’s recent rebrand and launch into the consumer space. Using our new brand guidelines and existing data, she worked independently to meet our extremely tight deadlines, providing valuable updates with minimal guidance. She was proactive in offering suggestions and clearly explained the reasons for these solutions. She was quick to understand our specific requirements and created a booklet which focuses on the client journey by empathising with their concerns and understanding their goals; ultimately helping them to awaken their best. This booklet is a core asset for our new branding and patient engagement, and we have seen a positive response in-store.
